Legal

Terms

These terms cover your use of vm4ai.com and reference the AIR framework. By using the site, you agree to them.

The framework

AIR is open-source, released as the vm4ai-air-kit repository under the Apache-2.0 license. Your use of the framework's code is governed by that license, which you can read in the repository.

Marks and the "Made with AIR" stamp

The AIR and VM4AI names, the dot-in-frame mark, and the "Made with AIR" stamp are reserved. They are not covered by the framework's open-source license. You may use the "Made with AIR" stamp on projects genuinely built with AIR, and refer to AIR by name, as set out in the usage terms in the brand repository. Don't use the marks in a way that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation that doesn't exist.

No warranty

The site and the framework are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. AIR adds structure and surfaces uncertainty — it doesn't guarantee that any output is correct. Results depend heavily on the model you bring, so keep your own judgment in the loop.

Third-party platforms

AIR runs on AI platforms that VM4AI does not operate or control. You are responsible for complying with the terms of whichever platform you use, and VM4AI is not responsible for those platforms' behavior or for the outputs you produce with them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edward Levin (VM4AI) is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, the framework, or any output produced with it.

External links

The site links to third-party sites that VM4AI does not control and is not responsible for.
